Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellation Policy

Shourya Turf maintains a strict NO CANCELLATION policy:

• Bookings cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• This applies to all bookings, regardless of payment method
• No exceptions will be made for personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or any other reasons

2. No Refund Policy

We maintain a strict NO REFUND policy:

• No refunds will be issued for any confirmed booking
• This includes partial refunds, credits, or compensation
• No refunds for unused time if you arrive late
• No refunds for no-shows
• No refunds for early departure

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling of bookings is NOT PERMITTED:

• Booked slots cannot be transferred to another date
• Booked slots cannot be transferred to another person
• No credits will be issued for future bookings

4. Weather Conditions

Regarding weather-related issues:

• No refunds will be provided for rain or adverse weather
• In case of extreme weather making the turf completely unusable, rescheduling may be offered at management's sole discretion
• This decision is final and not subject to appeal

5. Technical Issues

For issues during the booking process:

• If payment is deducted but booking fails, contact us immediately with transaction details
• We will verify and either confirm the booking or initiate a refund within 5-7 business days
• This is the only scenario where a refund may be processed

6. Facility Closure

In the rare event that we must close the facility:

• Due to maintenance, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances
• Affected bookings will be rescheduled to an alternative date
• No cash refunds will be provided

7. Before You Book

Please ensure the following before confirming your booking:

• Verify the date and time of your booking
• Check your availability for the selected slot
• Confirm you have read and understood this policy
• Ensure all player details are correct
