1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shourya Turf's booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Services

Our platform allows you to book turf slots for sports activities. By making a booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and contact information
• Arrive on time for your booked slot
• Follow all venue rules and regulations
• Use the turf responsibly and safely

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment must be made at the time of booking or at the venue as per the selected payment method
• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for your booked slot without prior communication:

• No refund will be provided
• The slot cannot be rescheduled
• We reserve the right to release the slot to other customers after a 15-minute grace period

6. Venue Rules

All users must comply with the following rules:

• Proper sports attire and footwear are mandatory
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on the premises
• Respect other players and staff
• Any damage to property will be charged to the responsible party
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person violating rules

7. Liability

Shourya Turf is not liable for:

• Personal injuries sustained during play
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Users participate in activities at their own risk. We recommend appropriate warm-up and following safety guidelines.

8. Weather and Force Majeure

In case of extreme weather conditions or events beyond our control that make the turf unusable, we will offer rescheduling options at our discretion. No cash refunds will be provided.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
